Is this Beauty Dish worth getting?

Im only 17, so I don’t have much cash….

I don’t think that is worth getting even at that low price. It is too small. While it will be an improvement over the regular flash it will not be effective to give a beauty dish look.
A beauty dish works best when used close. A distance of 1.5 to 3 times the diameter of the dish to give the ‘beauty dish’ look . If further away it acts just like a reflector of that size.

I would get a couple of umbrellas before I got a beauty dish. Buy a stand, an umbrella/flash mount and a cable or set of radio triggers. You will have a better setup that will give you more flexibility.
